Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery by emailing us at support@AddOnSigns.com
To qualify:
- Item must be unused and uninstalled
- Must be in original wrapping and packaging
- Must be in the same condition received
Used or installed items cannot be returned.
How Returns Work
Email us at support@AddOnSigns.com within 10 days with your order number to request approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only after inspection.
